1. Scope, regional application and acceptance

These Terms apply to the storefront and region identified above, customer accounts and online orders. The completed regional version shown when an order is placed, together with the order summary and policies disclosed at checkout, governs that order. Website language or IP-based routing alone does not determine the customer’s legal rights.

Terms and service performance depend on the exact circumstances and may differ between countries or regions. Relevant circumstances include the delivery destination, selected products, stock location, payment method, carrier, customs requirements, local law and weather. These circumstances do not permit us to remove an accepted right or change an accepted order except as these Terms and applicable law allow.

By submitting an order, you confirm that you reviewed the order information and accept the applicable completed Terms. Business purchasers confirm authority to bind their organisation. A minor may use the shop only with the consent and supervision required by applicable law.

2. Customer accounts

You must provide accurate and current information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity through your account unless caused by our breach of duty. Notify us promptly of suspected unauthorised access. We may take proportionate measures to prevent fraud, misuse or a security incident while preserving lawful remedies and support for existing orders.

________________ [TO BE COMPLETED BY REGION: account eligibility, age and suspension rules]

3. Product information, availability and prices

We aim to present descriptions, colours, sizes, specifications, images, prices and stock accurately. Screen settings and manufacturing tolerances may cause minor variations. The configuration recorded in the cart and accepted order controls the customer’s selection. Adding an item to the cart alone does not reserve it unless checkout expressly says so.

________________ [TO BE COMPLETED BY REGION: currency, tax, duty, pricing-error and stock-confirmation policy]

4. Orders and inventory reservation

Before submission, customers can review products, options, quantities, delivery details and charges. The point at which an order is accepted and a contract is formed must be stated for the applicable region. Payment status is recorded separately.

________________ [TO BE COMPLETED BY REGION: contract-formation event, reservation duration, expiry and cancellation consequences]

5. Payment

The checkout page identifies the methods, currencies, providers and charges offered for the particular order. Payment is complete only after the authorised provider and the order system confirm it. Pending, declined, cancelled or timed-out attempts are not proof of payment. A method labelled sandbox, test or under development must not be used for a real purchase.

________________ [TO BE COMPLETED BY REGION: accepted payment methods, providers, currencies, authorisation and duplicate-payment process]

6. Delivery and regional conditions

Delivery availability and timing depend on the exact address and region, inventory location, selected service, carrier capacity, customs or public-authority action, seasonal demand, road conditions and weather. Adverse or severe weather may postpone dispatch, transport or delivery. Unless an express guarantee is stated at checkout, displayed dates are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival times.

Customers must provide a complete deliverable address and inspect the parcel promptly. Risk transfer, the legal delivery event and remedies for damage, loss or delay depend on applicable regional law and the completed policy below.

________________ [TO BE COMPLETED BY REGION: destinations, carriers, methods, costs, estimates, risk transfer and delay remedies]

7. Cancellations, returns and refunds

Eligibility, deadlines, exclusions, required product condition, return instructions, shipping responsibility, inspection and refund timing differ by region and product type. The completed regional policy must preserve all mandatory consumer rights and identify any lawful exclusions before purchase.

________________ [TO BE COMPLETED BY REGION: cooling-off period, exclusions, return address, freight responsibility, inspection and refund deadline]

________________ [TO BE COMPLETED BY PAYMENT METHOD: original-route refund support and alternative lawful refund process]

8. Product use and safety

Snow sports involve inherent risks. Select the correct size and specification, inspect equipment before use, follow instructions and warnings, and obtain professional fitting or instruction where appropriate. Nothing in this section reduces legal responsibility for product quality, safety or defects.

________________ [TO BE COMPLETED BY PRODUCT/REGION: additional warnings, age limits, standards and fitting requirements]

9. Acceptable use

Users must not misuse the website, bypass security controls, introduce malicious code, scrape at a disruptive rate, impersonate another person, submit fraudulent transactions or interfere with other customers. We may take proportionate protective measures.

10. Intellectual property

Website content, product photography, graphics, software, trade names and logos belong to their owners or are used under licence. Customers may retain order documents for personal or internal business use. Other use requires permission or another lawful basis.

________________ [TO BE COMPLETED: rights owner, licensed marks and permissions contact]

11. Privacy and communications

Account, order, delivery, support and payment-status information is processed to operate the shop, prevent fraud, fulfil orders and meet legal duties. Providers and carriers may process the information necessary for their services under their own notices.

________________ [TO BE COMPLETED BY REGION: privacy-policy URL, controller identity and communication rules]

12. Warranties and liability

Products and the website carry all warranties required by applicable law. No clause excludes liability or consumer remedies that cannot legally be limited, including any applicable responsibility for fraud, wilful misconduct, personal injury or defective products.

________________ [TO BE COMPLETED BY REGION: express warranty, permitted limitations and available remedies]

13. Events outside reasonable control

Exact performance may be affected by events outside reasonable control, including severe weather, transport interruption, customs or governmental action, natural disaster, infrastructure failure or widespread network disruption. Weather conditions may therefore postpone delivery. We will take reasonable steps to reduce disruption and provide the notices, cancellation rights, alternative performance or refunds required by the law and the completed regional terms.

________________ [TO BE COMPLETED BY REGION: notice method, customer options and consequences of prolonged delay]

14. Changes to these Terms

The approved version and effective date must be shown above. Material changes apply prospectively and must be communicated where required. The completed Terms accepted when an order is placed continue to govern that order unless mandatory law changes or the parties lawfully agree otherwise.

15. Governing law and disputes

Governing law, courts, consumer-authority routes, mediation and any arbitration process vary by region. No selection may deprive a consumer of mandatory protection or venue rights available under applicable law.

________________ [TO BE COMPLETED BY REGION: governing law, complaint process, regulator, court and any valid arbitration provision]

16. Contact

________________ [TO BE COMPLETED: legal operator and registration number]

________________ [TO BE COMPLETED BY REGION: customer-service email, telephone, postal/return address and operating hours]

________________ [TO BE COMPLETED: contact-page URL]

Include the order number when requesting support, but never send a complete bank-card number, password or verification code.
